Ann Pesahovitz

Director of Content and Learning for the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s Museum of Tolerance. Ann, a dynamic and innovative educator, was a classroom teacher for over 10 years. In her role as Content and Learning Director, she utilizes her creative skills and forward thinking to create groundbreaking programming for educators, students, and learners of all ages and backgrounds. Ann holds Master’s Degrees from Queens College in General and Special Education, as well as Educational Leadership Masters from CUNY Hunter College. She oversees the Museum’s development of content nationwide, and oversees a creative and efficient team utilizing her skills as a people first educational leader. Ann has facilitated and created professional development workshops for educators, student, and parent communities, and continues her innovative passion and work in Human Rights and Holocaust Education at the MOT.

Jackie Young

Jackie Young is a writer, researcher, educator, and content specialist. Jackie holds a BA in English and an MA in English from California State University Los Angeles. With six years working in different roles within the education field combined with her passion for storytelling, Jackie’s expertise is grounded in frameworks for thinking about the design of learning experiences to confront histories of violence and atrocity as a vehicle for inspiring collective empathy and healing. Jackie has worked at the ‘Museum of Tolerance’ since 2023. Since 2024, Jackie has served in the role of Content and Learning Specialist, writing public-facing and internal content, and designing youth workshops, teacher trainings, and educator materials to address genocide, mass-violence, and atrocity.
